I use this cage for two parakeets. The best advantage of this cage is that it can be assembled in to half of its size by using only top section assembly parts. In future, if you need, of course, full cage can be assembled.

I noticed few comments regarding the assembly instructions, but if you check/observe each and every part for a while spending 10-15 minutes without jumping to assembly tools, it is nothing. I did it by my self, but second person's help would make it much easier.

I work with an animal rescue group and we run a small thrift shop. We recently acquired two rescued parakeets and they live in our store. We did not like that they were in a fairly small cage, so my husband and I donated this one. Romeo and Juliet LOVE their new home. The cage fits nicely in front of our register and offers so much more room for our birds to actually fly a bit. The multiple perches and dishes give R & J a lot of options and their "toys" are now in many different spots. It was a bit of a challenge to put together since a couple of the holes were not quite lined up, but it was well worth the effort when we see the birds with SO much more room.
