I use this cage for two parakeets. The best advantage of this cage is that it can be assembled in to half of its size by using only top section assembly parts. In future, if you need, of course, full cage can be assembled.

I noticed few comments regarding the assembly instructions, but if you check/observe each and every part for a while spending 10-15 minutes without jumping to assembly tools, it is nothing. I did it by my self, but second person's help would make it much easier.

As stated in previous reviews, the assembly instructions were awful. My husband and I took the time to separate each piece and figure out what each panel was before even thinking about assembling the cage, and that made life much easier. I have 1 cockatiel currently living in the cage, and he LOVES his new mansion! The space he has to move around in makes him more active because I put his food and water bowls in different parts of the cage. I am using the wooden perches included in the cage along with some sandy perches and branch style perches, and he is constantly hopping around the cage and singing. I would recommend this cage to anyone who is looking for a wonderfully roomy cage for their smaller birds. It would work for a couple of the bigger birds, but the whole point of getting this cage to give smaller birds room to fly would be lost.

i use it for finches and they seem happy. the worst is the difficulty in putting it together. i am handy and used to do construction and i found it difficult. the instructions are the worst i have ever seen. nothing is labled so its guessing work till the end. although the size and design is nice, just bare in mind the assembly issues.

Fits great in my living room. My caique and conure are loving this cage. It gives them plenty of room to roam around and play, and to be able to avoid each other if they want alone time (the conure). The cage is very sturdy and just a great overall design. I love the easy access doors, although I am a little bit concerned that the birds may figure this out, but so far so good.

Hello- I have four doves, and recently got this cage and put it together.. The cage is lovely, and was quite easy to put together.. For the price, you are NOT going to get any better. I lloked around in my local stores, and this size of a cage was much more expensive.. Great Deal, and my doves love it!
