Description

The durable Acampo Playtop Bird Cage offers luxury for your parrot or other large bird! Crafted from wrought iron, this cage has both vertical and horizontal bars to enable your bird to climb. The non-toxic, epoxy-baked powder-coat finish is chip-resistant and available in various colors. Included casters make it easy to relocate this large cage.  Cage dimensions:  24L x 22D x 31H inches


Two natural wood perches are included for your large bird's enjoyment. A pullout drawer in the bottom of the cage makes it easy to clean messes, and a large seed guard guides dropped food back into the bottom of the cage, rather than on your floor. The tray, grate, and seed guard are removable, and the bar spacing is 3/4 inch.


One large door in the front makes it easy to remove your bird, and two feeder doors provide easy access to water and food. Five extra-durable, impact-resistant, ABS-material crocks are included for food and water. Some assembly required.


The Acampo Playtop Bird Cage features ladders, feeders, and a perch on top of the cage for your large bird to enjoy some exercise and really stretch its wings.

We have had to add additional wiring to keep him in. Also, he figured out the feeder doors and would pop the bowls sideways, open the doors and get out. We had to padlock the doors too.

The instructions leave much to be desired but honestly, I just looked at the pieces and put it together, with common sense and elbow grease, in less that 20 minutes WITH an infant in the room ...it isn't complicated. The only part I had a hard time with was were to place the seed gaurd. My Congo Grey will be arriving soon with my Mom from my previous home and I just know that she will love her new cage, lots of room for toys etc.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            Great dark green color. The door runs from top to bottom, so when it is open for maintenance, a bird can fly out if you're not careful. I wish the door had a feature where you could just open the top half or bottom half or both.
            Overall, great sturdy and nice looking cage. Better size and price than I could find locally. Not too big, not too small. Just right.
