When you need to house lots of birds, big and small, this is the right aviary for the job. Its construction entails 12 panels of 8- or 12-gauge wire to create a cage that measures 10.5 x 12 feet in size. It stands over 7 feet tall. A durable, pet-safe, rust-free enamel securely bonds to the powder coating on the cage so it stays in tip top shape, even outdoors. Assembles using bolt together construction. Four "A" frames support the roof to provide not only home construction-like stability, but also heavy-duty beams to support heavier toys, ropes and other objects up to 50 lbs.

This cage will accommodate six to eight large birds and 12 to 14 medium-size birds. Want to house a colony of finches, cockatiels, love birds, budgies, or parakeets? This is a great outdoor cage to do that. This cage will comfortably accommodate up to 100 small birds and more than 200 finches. That's a large aviary!

You will need 143 one foot by one foot concrete pavers from your local hardware store to make a base for this cage. Please take your time and make sure you lay them down level before you assemble the aviary. Existing concrete slabs or wood decks also make great bases for these large aviaries. If you're pouring your own slab you will need a slab measuring 11 x 13 feet minimum. The opening under the aviary panels is only .5-inch. Simply hose it off every day or two and presto - the clean-up is done!
